Every nanny we place meets the following core qualifications:
Deeply passionate about children and dedicated to providing enriching, developmental activities.
21 years of age or older with at least three years of professional nanny experience.
CPR and First Aid certified, fluent in English, and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (with a valid Social Security Number).
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
Able to pass a full background check, including criminal history and reference verification.
Ready to make at least a one-year commitment to your family, to ensure stability and continuity of care.
