Position Type: Short-Term, Full-Time Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm
Salary: $25-$30 per hour
Benefits: Paid overtime, 3 sick days, federal holidays
Description:
Seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to join a kind family in providing attentive care to their 4-month-old baby boy. The focus will be on the infant’s development and well-being, while the toddler’s sister attends full-time daycare.
Responsibilities:
Engage the baby in developmentally and age appropriate activities
Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and putting the baby down for naps
Take the baby for walks
Sanitize bottles
Follow established routines and schedules for feeding, naps, and playtime
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, including comfort with stairs while carrying the baby
Introduce solids and assist with baby food preparation
Baby’s laundry
May be asked to assist with light meal preparation for the family, which will be compensated
Requirements:
A minimum of two years of paid nanny experience
CPR and First Aid certification
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, flu, and Covid-19)
Previous experience with newborns is essential
Pet friendly (5-year-old French bulldog)
