Location: Allendale, New Jersey
Start Date: 09/03/2024 – 01/31/2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm
Salary: $25-$28 per hour
Benefits: Guaranteed hours, 2-3 paid sick days, and holidays
Description:
A family in Allendale is seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to join their busy household. The family has two toddler girls (ages 3 and 1.5 years), and the mother is expecting their third child. The older child attends school three days a week, while the younger one will be at home with the nanny and mother, along with the newborn. The nanny will be responsible for caring for two children at a time and ideally will work as a team with the mother to support her during this transition.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with parents
Prepare meals and snacks for the children
Drive the children to school and activities (within a 15-minute drive from the parents’ home)
Handle children’s laundry
Provide age-appropriate developmental activities
Tidy up around the house
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the US
Minimum of two years of paid nanny experience
Have a reliable car
Short commute required
Punctuality and reliability
Non-smoker
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
