Requirements:

In order to be considered for a nanny position with Unique Nannies LLC, you must meet the following requirements:

Are 21 years or older
Have at least two years of professional nanny experience
Authorized to work in the US
Have a clean background check
Able to make at least a 1 year commitment to a family (unless a temp job)
Up-to-date on vaccines including Covid-19
Excellent childcare references
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Have a reliable car and a clean driving record
Fluent in English or bilingual

Nanny Agreement(Required)

In order to be eligible for job placement, you need to complete the following application, complete a screening process and be approved by Unique Nannies (which approval may be withheld in our sole and absolute discretion).

Upon processing your application, we will contact you in order to begin our screening process.

By submitting this application, you agree to attend any interview and trial period as agreed upon by Unique Nannies and its clients. If you attend an interview or participate in a trial period, you are agreeing to follow through with a commitment to employment. Failure to do so will result in you not being considered for future placement. This Unique Nannies policy is non-discriminatory will apply equally to all nanny applicants.

During interviews and trials, you agree to dress in a manner that is appropriate and professional.
By submitting the application, you are (1) agreeing and giving Unique Nannies permission to contact you and to conduct criminal and financial background checks, and (2) agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, which can be reviewed by clicking on these links Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

By submitting the application, you also agree to communicate with Unique Nannies regarding any
intention of referral made for our clients. You should also advice Unique Nannies on any resignations or terminations from employment with our clients.

Please note that our staff may request copies of the following documents in order to complete your nanny application:

 Reference Letters from previous employers
 Driver’s License
 Car Registration and Insurance

In order to be eligible for placement as a nanny by Unique Nannies, you cannot work as a recruiter or in any administrative position for another nanny agency. Additionally, to avoid a potential conflict of interest, you cannot own or operate another nanny agency.

If you receive an offer of employment from our clients, you shall become eligible to attend an optional training program. As part of attending this program, we may request your permission to share your information with the trainers.
